Cancelation and Refund Policy

Withdrawal / Product Return and Replacement

 

α) in all cases in which COSMOS BUSINESS SYSTEMS deliver other products or different from what you have ordered.

β) in all cases, where there was a defect in the product or missing as agreed and provided that (i) otherwise provided by the warranty of the manufacturer or the distributor and the product is within the warranty, so warranty conditions are applicable or (ii) If there is no guarantee when (i) there has been no legal limitation of purchaser rights or (iii) if there is no guarantee in (i) and the defect or missing status are not important.

 

You have the right to return the products that you have purchased and change the with another product or products up to the rate of the price you pay or with an additional price if you wish, within twenty (20) days from receipt of the product.


You have the right to return products that you have purchased and ask for return of your payment a) in all cases where there was a defect in the product or missing as agreed and under the conditions (i) it is not provided differently by the producer warranty or distrubutor and the product is within warranty, so warranty conditions are applicable or (ii) if there is no guarantee when (i) there has been no legal limitation of purchaser rights or (iii) if there is no guarantee in (i) and the defect or missing property is not important and (b) within 14 days of delivery of the product

COSMOS BUSINESS SYSTEMS is responsible to compensate you in case of product damage or for product defect only if this has caused by its fault.

Moreover, the product for replacement and repair needed to have the payment receipt. As a necessary condition to replace and repair products, the product shall be in its initial package and in the same perfect condition in which you received it, together with the relevant payment receipt, including the product’s serial number. Before any return, it is recommended you to communicate with the online shop of COSMOS BUSINESS SYSTEMS. In any case, product return and replacement is possible under the following conditions:

 

1. Communicate the same day or the next business day with the online shop.

2. In case you need to change the product within 20 days with another one at the same price or with additional price or withdrawal within 14 days, according to the article 5, paragraph 10 of the law 2251/1994, the product should not be used.

3. The product needed to have all the necessary documentation to prove the transaction (ex. Payment receipt, etc.)

Order Cancelation
Order Cancelation rules:

  1. Before completing the order, during the online ordering procedure, you may click «back» and remove the quantities of the products from your basket by clicking the button «removal». If your order has been completed but the product has not yet shipped, you can call at 210-6492800 and one of our associates will cancel your order. So the status of your order will change to «cancelation».
  2. After receiving your order, call us at 210-6492800 or send us an e-mail from the website, explaining why you wish to cancel your order. One of our associates will assist you immediately and will inform you about all your options. In case your order has already been invoiced and you wish to cancel it, then you must contact with the customer service at 210-6492800 and give the details of your order.  However, the status of the order will not change on your account page.
